Natraja is one among the many names of Lord Shiva and that's a form of holy cosmic dancer. It is said that when Lord shiva dances the whole world starting  to destroy.
   The dance He do is named as tandava Lord shiva do the tandava if he is in anger or if the world is full of sins and bad karma. In this age kaliyuga (dark age) according to hindu myths this age is of bad, lie false,sins and all the wrong things. According to Indian hindu calender this age kaliyuga is about to over.
   Lord shiva dance like infinite and eternally tandava to continous destruction of this bad age. He dances to recycle Lord Shiva is the destroyer so good work is to destroy and to gave birth again like cycle of reincarnation for good.
  for satyuga (age of truth and goods) satyuga will come when Lord shiva is on the way to do tandava eternally on the beats om namah shivay(hindu mantra) with his Trishul (trident) and Naga(holy serpent)  with the beats of damru (holy drum) to attain a trans state.

These all are the names of one thing that mean the  supernatural power to Levitate in air. Science have no answer to this power (shakti) of Yogi and sadhu (saints and prophets)

     The power to Levitate isn't that easy to attain though not impossible but needs a hard practice, hope and seedhi (enlightenment). In east its common among in hindu sadhus and Budhist monks. In India it is said that in past many yogis and sadhus went in the Himalyas for seedhi (enlightenment).
     and a few monks in Tibet Himalyas are too capable of Levitate even in Nepal too many sadhus have this power.  some says that it's very  easy to Levitate. The technique is just sit relax close your eyes and if you want fly give up all the things that weighs you down.

     According to some tibeti books and monks. There's a saying that he (jesus) learned wisdom through budhism and after that he crossed border and did very good things to kashmir people's.

Kailash

Kailash, kailasa,kang rinpoche these all are the name of the roof of the world called Kailash.
    Mansarover kailash yatra(trekk) is one of the most difficult trekk in the world. This is all for the home of hindu God Lord Shiva. According to the Hindus beliefs the kailash Parvat(mountain)  is the only home of the Shiva.
          But it's also a strange thing that Kailash mountain is the holy place for three different religions these are Hinduism, jan, bon and Budhism too. That's why it becomes the most precious holy place for the very big population of asia. As well as in the world too.
      Some of the Beliefs too says that it's the top of the world and a Lotus type  mandala. Actually when you sew this kailash mountain (look below in the picture)  in between of the mountain there are some stairs like pyramid type structure in it. According to the folk lorys and hindus beliefs they are said to be the stairs to heaven. Direct soul travel to the Lord Shiva.
             Ancient alien theorists too beliefs that this Kailash mountain is so different from another mountains. Kailash mountain is never be climbed by any one. In past one mountain climber come to China to finish and climb the summit of Mount kailash. When he

asked one of the Garpons of Ngari whether Kailash was climbable the Garpon replied "Only a man entirely free of sin could climb Kailas. And he wouldn't have to actually scale the sheer walls of ice to do it he'd just turn

himself into a bird and fly to the summit.

Padmasambhva

Rinpoche or Guru Padmasambhva was the one of the Supreme Avatar in the tibeti budhism or in the budhism. This picture is from the place called Rewalsar its in Himachal pradesh in the India. This statue is of the Padmasambhva budha reincarnation.
     many budhist believes that the guru Padmasambhva was the human then by his good karma he blessed by Avlokiteshwara and budha then after from blessings and power. Now he is too a God in Indian and tibeti budhism.

Meditation = medication

Aaaaahhhh folks this post is about how to meditate. Yeah soh im telling you that hope to meditate - Meditation this is the supreme thing which gives you power and shanti by nothing. Nothing in the sense that we have to do is nothing much ok read it now properly the very first thing is you just only you calm yourself before you start mediating forget your all pain, sufferings and all your frustration thing. Now relax and sit into #Kamal asen this is the very simple asna (sitting on your butts) you can Google it the kamal asna of you don't know.  the  environment doesn't matter for it to meditate ok then it come to first step  relax totally and sit on the ground and turn on any meditation shanti music (exceptional) you can listen any type of music that suits you or no music is good too(you can comment here below this post if you want any Suggestions  regarding shanti music the songs). Next step is close your eyes and mind totally awake and think no thing. Keep in mind That for best results you have to empty your whole mind any thoughts and any thing and feelings. Just be as a dead (zombie ;)  but don't forget the movement means you have to do no movements in this position. Now keep calm relax and free.and sit 5 to 10 minutes with out any thinking and movements with closed eyes. For beginners its some kinda boring stuff usually it happens with starters i too feel bored. But when you master it for more time you will #Nirvana (eternal thing of mind beyond any limitations and boundaries just free).  now sit and meditate comment here if you do need any suggestions. DONT HATE MEDITATE

This post is about meditation - according to my personal experience what i feel during meditation is Nothing :)  and im not really lying bawa its the fact and the true logic behind meditation . Prayer is when we talk to the God and the meditation is when we Listen God. so the main theme behind a true meditation is nothing. but self peace,happiness,love ,awkening and enlightenment. stay in touch with us .In next post I will tell you some simple techniques about how to do meditation. and listen to God. 1. Samudra Manthan Story:
During Samudra Manthan by the gods and
demons, a highly toxic poison came out of the
ocean. As per the advice of Lord Vishnu, gods
approached Lord Shiva and prayed him to protect
life by consuming this poison. Pleased with their
prayers, out of compassion for living beings, Lord
Shiva drank this poison and held it in his throat
by binding it with a snake. The throat became
blue due to the poison (Thus Lord Shiva is also
know as Neelakantha) and Shiva remained
unharmed. The wise men advised gods to keep
Lord Shiva awake during the night. To keep him
awake, the gods took turn performing various
dances and playing music. A vigil was thus kept
by the gods in contemplation of Shiva. As the day
broke out, Shiva, pleased with their devotion
blessed them all, and also said that whosoever
worshipped & contemplated on him on this day
shall be blessed with the fulfillment of his or her
wishes. Since then, on this day and night -
devotees fast, keep vigil, sing glories of Lord and
meditate.
