Aaaaahhhh folks this post is about how to meditate. Yeah soh im telling you that hope to meditate - Meditation this is the supreme thing which gives you power and shanti by nothing. Nothing in the sense that we have to do is nothing much ok read it now properly the very first thing is you just only you calm yourself before you start mediating forget your all pain, sufferings and all your frustration thing. Now relax and sit into #Kamal asen this is the very simple asna (sitting on your butts) you can Google it the kamal asna of you don't know. the environment doesn't matter for it to meditate ok then it come to first step relax totally and sit on the ground and turn on any meditation shanti music (exceptional) you can listen any type of music that suits you or no music is good too(you can comment here below this post if you want any Suggestions regarding shanti music the songs). Next step is close your eyes and mind totally awake and think no thing. Keep in mind That for best results you have to empty your whole mind any thoughts and any thing and feelings. Just be as a dead (zombie ;) but don't forget the movement means you have to do no movements in this position. Now keep calm relax and free.and sit 5 to 10 minutes with out any thinking and movements with closed eyes. For beginners its some kinda boring stuff usually it happens with starters i too feel bored. But when you master it for more time you will #Nirvana (eternal thing of mind beyond any limitations and boundaries just free). now sit and meditate comment here if you do need any suggestions.
